to an assigned account manager. You can request and schedule installs, moves, adds,
changes and desktop services through an email, phone, or by entering a service request
through our Support Site. This service can also be combined with several of our
other services including ECCTs Network Support Agreements.
Network support agreement?
A network support agreement is a pre-paid Block of Hours that can be used for support
and service on hardware and networking issues. It encompasses a multitude of support
options such as On-site Support, Training, Preventative Maintenance, Remote/Dial
up Service, Technology Planning, Network Maintenance, etc. Network Support Agreements
do not cover work for new installations; ask your account manager for pricing on
project work. The associated time-block costs are discounted substantially from
our standard rates. In addition, service requests placed under this agreement receive
a priority status over requests placed by non-contracted clients.
What is the advantage of a network support agreement?
Advantages include reduced rates, elevated priority status, and no premium charges
for emergencies during regular working hours (Monday through Friday 9-5PM) excluding
holiday and weekend support. Knowing your support and scheduled maintenance or project
costs can also be of great assistance in monthly budgeting and decision making.
